Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 15 minutes of placing them, by calling or WhatsApping us directly. Once your order is ready and packed, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Since our products are fresh, perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply for a change of mind once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

We will happily provide a full or partial refund in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item(s)
• Your order arrived damaged, spoiled, or in poor condition
• Your order was not delivered at all
• A payment was deducted but your order was not confirmed

To report an issue, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery/pickup with a photo of the item where applicable, so we can resolve it quickly.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
